The event was attended in by selected IABD faculty and staff, student representatives, alumni representative, representative from the Barangay Tabugon, Municipal Planning Officer of the LGU Sta. Elena, and other CNSC Officials and staff.

DAY 1. The program was formally opened by Dr. Fernando H. Coratchea, Campus Director. This was followed by the presentation of Dr. Marlo M. De La Cruz, College President on CNSC Direction Setting. After the opening program, a campus tour was conducted.

In the afternoon, Mr. Werner Haberzettl, consultant, elaborated Nexus Concept.

Meanwhile, discussions and activities on Needs Assessment, Programs and Projects Identification, employing the Research Planning Methodology for Sustainable Urban Design, and Design Thinking Workshop were facilitated by the BISCAST Nexus Core Team composed of Dr. Victor J. Revilla, Dr. Isidro R. Bola, Ar./EnP Jennifer Y. Vibar and Ms. DeAnna C. Regnim.

DAY 2. A continuation of Design Thinking and Project Detailing Workshops was spearheaded.

The event ended with the evaluation of group performances and announcement of winners.
