CNSC conducts Formal Awarding of ISO Certificate and Oath-Taking of Newly Promoted and Newly Installed Designees on March 1, 2019 at the Main Campus Social Hall, Daet, Camarines Norte.
It was on November 22, 2018 when CNSC got its much desired ISO certification. This ceremonial awarding of ISO 9001:2015 certificate reminds and encourages everyone of the institution’s commitment and accountability to sustain and eventually radiate to others the implementation of the Quality Management System which was already started. The Managing Head of TUV Rheinland, Tristan Loveres awarded the ISO 9001:2015 Certificate to CNSC. College President Dr. Rusty G. Abanto with VP for Administration and Finance Dr. Lilibeth A. Roxas and VP for Academic Affairs Dr. Rosalie A. Almadrones received the award.
Tristan Loveres, the Managing Head of TUVR stressed on conforming to standards and ensuring that the Quality Management System is implemented and sustained. He also reiterated on further improvement of the existing practices and said effective implementation of the QMS be extended to satellite campuses.
Recognizing employees performance in terms of status of appointment, promotion and reclassification boosts morale, increases productivity and generally improves overall performance of an organization. It is also one way for organizations to retain its most valuable employees. Following after the formal Awarding of ISO Certificate was the Oath-Taking of Newly Promoted Employees and Newly Installed Designees. 10 New Designees, 1 New Casual Employee, 31 Newly Promoted Employees (Reclassified Positions) and 30 Newly Promoted Faculty (Merit Promotion) took their Oath of Office with Pres. Rusty G. Abanto as Inducting Officer. Four newly promoted faculty were formally welcomed to the Academic Council.
Rayniel D. Zabala- Lead Auditor, Maria Agnes N. Auxilio – Administrative Aide III, Arnel J. Padrigon, Administrative Assistant II, and Dr. Sonia S. Carbonell – Professor IV delivered their response.
The administration fully embraced human resource as the most valuable asset of the institution. On the newly promoted employees end it is also worthy to emphasized that upward movement of employees means an increase in salary which correspondingly goes with higher expectations and more responsibilities.
